Jan. 27-Feb. 2:
Sun: Off
Mon: Run 8.02 miles
Tues: Off (work commitments)
Wed: Run 5.03 miles
Thurs: Bike 25.3 miles
Fri: Run 5.04 miles
Sat: Brick (Bike 22.5 miles, Run 2.0 miles)
Totals: Swim, none; Bike, 47.8 miles; Run, 20.09 miles
Feb. 3 - 9:
Sun: Off
Mon: Run 5.1 miles, Swim 1500 yards
Tues: Run 5.1 miles
Wed: Run 5.12 miles
Thurs: Bike 21.2 miles, Run 5.25 miles
Fri: Bike 25.37 miles, Run 5.11 miles
Sat: Bike 50.34 miles
Totals: Swim 1500 yards; Bike 96.91 miles; Run 25.68 miles
Not much to say about the workouts. The bike mileage has been hard. I'm jumping back in quickly with lots of miles, which has tired me out, but I need to get time in the saddle to be ready for the Lone Star Half Iron distance race on March 30. Hopefully, I'll get more swimming in over the next several weeks, too!
